2014 Update and Next Round of Funding

Dear iSoccer Community!

Happy 2014 to all of you! The upcoming year marks an incredibly exciting time at iSoccer as we pursue our mission of helping players get better and spend more quality time with the ball outside of structured practice.

First and foremost, we completely re-designed and re-launched iSoccer last fall with a focus on mobile and an emphasis on social connectedness among players that makes the idea of ‘practicing and getting better’ so compelling. We are already starting to see 40% – 60% month over month growth and a huge spike in time spent with the ball outside of structured practice for kids 7 to 18! Players are able to challenge their teammates, earn points / badges, connect with friends and upload photos to track training at home.

We’re very proud of the impact and the participation numbers we’ve achieved during our first few years. This includes over 150,000 total players, 30,000 teams, more than 67 million touches logged, over 2,234,000 challenges taken and 78,000 levels raised.

Now is the time for iSoccer to take its product one level further in 2014.

I’m proud to announce today that iSoccer has kicked-off its efforts for a second round of funding. Like most start-up technology companies, we are looking to raise capital to further enhance our product and help more kids improve!

For us, this next round will help us accomplish three key initiatives:

Expand our mobile product team: today’s youth are on mobile, so that is where we need to be. We will continue to improve our mobile experience to be even better for kids to engage with.

Build on our platform: we want to continue to build out our platform to provide more challenges, more data insights and more unique games – With one mission in mind: Exciting kids to do more!

Expand into new regions & other sports: the soccer world is truly global and we can reach into new markets with increased investment. We are also ready for the challenge of expanding into new sports using the knowledge & know-how we have gained from developing the iSoccer platform.

As part of our efforts, we have also launched on I-Bankers Direct, an online funding portal, to help us broaden & diversify our investors, accelerate our fund raising and open new doors.
